Refund policy
Each Positive Flare Gear item is made to order to reduce waste and ensure every piece is uniquely produced for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or ordering mistakes.
However, we will always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is misprinted
- You receive the wrong product
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. You can contact us at support@positiveflaregear.com

- All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We do not offer returns for custom-made items outside of product defects
